Originally released on November 21st, 2008. This was shortly after the 2008 Canadian Election around the time the Bill C-15 Protests started.
Here's a list of the Canadian politicians that have admitted to consuming cannabis. None were arrested along with the other 2 million that have been.

that proves it. you either want to learn or not. some people have greater capacities for learning and if pot makes you skitzo how come i don`t hear voices and my learning capacity has diminished mainly from age and not being in school but i still read right and rithmitic. Any how even people who used psychs and hard drugs went on to become successful. i think it is possible for some people to smoke everyday or take hard drugs. You never hear about the millionaire heroin addicts.
