A Chairman's job is to facilitate the orderly running of a meeting. His job is not to stiffle discussion of legitimate concerns of commission members. Mr. Lesser should immediately rectify this situation by holding a special meeting regarding the charter violations that have occured in regard to oversight of the Metro Center project.
