@DreadNought0255 Is the Galil AR still a standard rifle for the Estonian Army? Little recoil huh? I am not too surprised. I have fired an M16 rifle with the 5.56 round. The recoil on that gun was not bad at all. Years later, I fired my friend's AK47 (7.62x39mm) and that gun kicked. I have been thinking about getting that Galil but wanted to do more research on it. How was the accuracy on the Galil?
@chinopino7 It has surprisingly little recoil. I'm a conscript in the Estonian army (it's mandatory service) and I was surprised too when I fired it. Granted, I've never fired a proper firearm in my life so I had nothing to base it on, but on semi-auto, you can barely feel the kick though the muzzle does climb a bit.

@chinopino7 It shoots a 5.56 or .223. Thats not a real big bullet, so it doesnt kick that hard.

...and the rifle has a compensator... so, no wonder the recoil is low.
