good to show this list next to all those "most beautiful cities" lists. This is reality too unfortunately. Too many people on this planet, too much pollution... :( We need to spread wealth more equally and stop the rapid population growth...

I've been to Lagos Nigeria and some parts are very clean and some parts are flithy.You forgot Dominican Republic that is a very polluted city.
