Stating that I thought the term was used after the statement is/was made is not an endorsement of the phrase. I wasn't joking when I said what I said, I just wasn't clear. For the record, I never heard of the phrase until I saw The Boondocks episode where Riley explained it to Granddad. Didn't know it went both ways.
