The chorus were you sing comfort in death reminds me of the chorus in Seek and destroy, but I know how it feels to. It is almost impossible to mak a Riff that doesn't remind you of some song. Great anyway, you should write lyrics

Yeah,I just meant the lyrics.You know,just an example.Tom Araya used to sing (or shout) stuff like "I am the Antichrist!" or "Show no mercy",James Hetfield sings "I'm creeping deeeaaaath!",Mustaine gnarls "Killing is my business!"I think you know what I mean.

Sanitarium and Fade to black are relaxing ballads (okay,they change toward the ending).

Love the solo,rest sounds good,too.Don't get me wrong,but also try to do some positive things,not always DEATH or HELL or stuff like that,maybe also "Give me your love" or a song in the style of Sanitarium/Fade to black.
