That's an extract from an episode of the tv game show "Call my bluff" broadcasted from 1996 to 2005 in UK by the BBC. The original program started in 1965 and ended in 1988.(Check this link for more information http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Call_My_Bluff )
Unfortunately I wasn't able to find when exactly this episode was aired, but in the late 90s I guess.

I love hearing Derek Jacobi speak. His voice is beautiful and his diction is perfect. And he's so adorable when he smiles.
Incidentally, I read Silas Marner because of watching this, and I really liked it, so thanks Derek!
