The "Pee-quel" to the popular Bert4BART movie trailer spoofs, this story tells the origins of our hero. Bert Hill's frustration with out-of-service restrooms for BART riders and their families, not only is a problem for seniors and the disabled, but it can become an urgent matter for parents and grandparents with little ones. It all started with Bert's grandson, Warren exclaiming, "I have to pee!" When grandpa Bert couldn't find an unlocked BART restroom throughout the Market Street corridor, he realized that the BART Board was not delivering the kind of basic services that San Francisco riders deserve.

Signs are posted throughout BART stations in the Market Street corridor stating that restrooms are out of service for our safety, and yet, non-BART employees (such as the employees of Peet's Coffee) have full keys and access as needed.

Apparently Homeland Security and the BART Board think that little Warren using the BART restroom is just too much of a threat.

San Franciscans deserve better. Elect Bert Hill for BART Board 2010.

Then why don't you go to school in Berkeley and shut the fuck up about it. Maybe somebody will do the world a favor and push you onto the third rail!

  • @PushyLittleKid, i fucking go to school in berkeley I'm pretty sure I would know where the BART goes as I ride it every month to go home -___- do your research buddy.

  • @TwoMuchWork

When you factor in the cost of actually getting to/from the SF BART station with luggage (bus fare is unlikely if you have any bags, taxi cab to your final destination is more likely at a minimum of $8-10 plus tip each way) it's actually way more economical and convenient to take supershuttle or the airporter.

I complain about a $16r/t ticket on BART (along with everybody else in San Francisco) because they're mismanaging a surplus of funds they're not passing on to the consumer.

  • @StopThatDoor He was probably thinking about Richmond district.

  • @PushyLittleKid You seem like an angry child and its so funny how you complain about a $16 ticket for BART. BART is way cheaper than anything from SFO to anywhere in S.F., especially downtown.

  • @PushyLittleKid

16 bucks isn't bad for a round trip, considering how far you're going.

Although Daly City to Richmond is only $9.30 round trip, and that's a bit farther.

And BART goes to Richmond. If you check the website there's a fare calculator and a map.

  • @PushyLittleKid I guess you can take the taxi for like $50 to Sunset, but you are probably going even further than Sunset which costs a lot more. BART is overpriced? Right.

  • @PushyLittleKid, the most expensive BART ticket you can buy from san francisco is around 6 dollars (if you go to richmond or something), which equates to a round trip of 12 dollars. That is over half of your plane ticket? You rode on a plane to sf for less than 24 bucks?

Now that's assuming you are buying the most expensive BART ticket. On average the tickets will be like 3 dollars, which comes to a round trip of 6 dollars. So you bought a plane ticket for less than 12 bucks?

  • Poor kid. Yeah, well no surprise BART sucks. Overpriced piece of crap transit. When your round-trip BART ticket costs over half of what you payed to fly on a fucking plane to San Francisco, you know there's something wrong.
