Rama - Dr. Frederick Lenz continues to discuss energy. Energy is the most important thing in your day to day health. It's very important to develop an exercise program. He says that we need to find a type of exercise that energies us brings vitality to our being. It's also most important to find foods that energize us. We are made up of energy. Every action that we participate in either contributes to our internal energies or weakens us and makes us more susceptible to illness.

  • I really like the balanced attitude Rama - Dr. Frederick Lenz has about exercising. Recently I've been doing p90X video workouts at home. It's a good workout, and at the same time, fun and stress free because I do it in the comfort of my home.
