do u wear them often? i have a retainer and I wear it ALLLLLLL the time and I dont talk different but I did but after a while the weird lisp went away. And it also took you a while to put it in and it only takes me a second to put it in. Cool video btw! : )

@xElectricFlowerx i only wear the clear retainers....the metal are just too uncomfortable and i do not like how they look on me

did the doctor give you a choice between wearing the two different kinds of retainers or do you have to wear those at night? and what about permanent retainers, are they worth it?
