Good job. Nice post. Although you could have held him up (I'm sure passersby would have assisted once you explained what was going on) you did great by calling the police.

you guys should have stopped him from leaving the scene of that accident... you seriously had the opportunity to prevent him from driving away. He was a hazard on the roads, I think you could have done more, he was risking people's lives, while you guys sat back and filmed it...
but props to calling the cops, maybe taking it into your own hands would have worked out worse

@details78 The only places in the US where it's legal in any way shape or form is for medicinal purposes. Those are in the minority. So even in those states, unless it's strictly being used for the medical use, any who use it are still criminals
