True, but not enough to make up for the massive cost of that jet :p
But it will transfer more heat into the air.
Well, yes they ARE dependant, but not in such way that extreme air cooling will do it. It won't go lower than ambients with just that air...
actually they are, the cooler, the further you can overclock without burning it... Also lower temperatures give more stability. What do you think watercooling and phasechange cooling is about for the extreme overclockers?
Speeds really isn't dependant on temperatures.
