Being corrupt in Kenya does pay! When I grow up, I want to be as corrupt as Kibaki and his government! I'll retire rich. I think Corruption as a topic and how it can benefit you as a Kenyan should replace Business Eduction, Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce in our eduction system!

This is beyond words. Heads should roll. City hall should be audited, restructured, resized and goals reprioritized. In the meantime arrest anyone suspected of embezzlement or aiding it. If the Kenyan govt. is really as committed to fighting corruption as they claim, they would start here.
