He's a better person. He has more heart, more determination. He has more of a flair, a fire in him. He's much more confident. Elliot knows how to phone stuff out of books. But he knows how to just... have this hyperkinetic touch with his patients. Everyone gravataites to him.
Cox himself called him, "The best ever to come out of this dump." He defined the term "health care."
