As we were returning to our camp site the sun was setting in Chobe game park in Botswana. We had a chance encounter with a large family of parading elephants. A youngster sees us and is obviously upset. He trumpets loudly to get us to move. I hurry to cross the path of the elephants because I don't want to have to wait. They approach in a line and the large lead bull makes it clear we have to move forward for them to pass.
