@anonymous123452451 Ape Escape was a game series for Playstation. The whole point was that a scientist makes a helmet that makes you 10x smarter or something, and somehow a white circus monkey named Specter gets a hold of it, gets super smart, and outfits all other monkeys he can find with this helmet. Basicly, he is the main bad guy, and he looks an awful lot like Gemini Man.
