My custom background for L4D, using the first couple of minutes of the Zombieland movie and an edited version of Metallica's "For Whom The Bell Tolls".
If you want to use it yourself just go to http://www.l4dmods.com/index.php?option=com_joomloads&view=package&It..., or http://www.megaupload.com/?d=SH854XOM to dl it, unpack and place the file in your "left4dead/media" folder. Backup or rename your original file first though. Also remove or rename your "gamestartup1.mp3" file in the "left4dead/sound/UI" folder or the sounds will clash.
