MEDITATION: THE ROOT CHAKRA

This is a MOTION ART mediation of the BROWN_RED ROOT CHAKRA exploring its related visuals, its Color, using Motion and Sacred Geometry using the related sounds, including Solfeggio Frequency that will connection you with your root chakra and assist in its clearing. Great for grounding. This is part of a new Meditation Video Series that I am working on that reflects my own personal journey and search by way of understanding and learning how to manipulate our energetic bodies and spaces.
Just watch and breathe or just listen with headphones.
I have also used tapping techniques with my frequency clearing work, to help to 'clear' out what is brought up, just tap the chakra points that feel like they are holding the blockage.
