An individual open carrier was enjoying a cup of coffee and working on his computer when Officer Ryan Kiefer Bdg#21 approached in an attempt to perform a 12031(e) inspection to determine whether the firearm was loaded, which amounts to a warrantless search and seizure of both person and property.
The open carrier advised Officer Kiefer that he doesn't consent to any searches of his person, or of his property, while at the same time informing the officer that he is not mandated, or required to inspect (aka search/seize) firearms.

Thank you officers for putting less than 10 minutes and almost zero effort into finding who broke into my car, but instead you harass a law abiding citizen ready to protect my family and I in any situation where a criminal element is present.
