Of course this video is factually INCORRECT--Virginia did NOT turn down "tax money." but rather "magic money" in the form of borrowing and printing it--it would be created now and paid back over the coming decades in the form of HIGHER TAXES. Bob McDonnell IS CommoneSenseVA!!!
