@codehpro Sorry, but your crappy AMD budget 6core isn't that fast, son. Reencoding videos takes some time, and on your craputer a lot more than on the i7 most of us use here ;).

@sareru37. Thanks a lot dude, it worked but only thing is that it really took a long time. I just wanted to hardcode the subtitles and nothing else. The entire process took completely 3 hours!...So let me know if I am missing anything. Otherwise the purpose is solved

@iwannaberich1 yes 3 hours sounds about right, if you have a regular speed computer. Yea reason is it's a hard code. it redoes the complete video with subtitles. You might be thinking about putting subtitles on a dvd, that takes less time because dvd subtitles use text overlay.

Hi, followed your instruction's but, got no audio....Can you tell me how to get video, audio and subtitles's onto one file so, I can watch on PS3?.....Video I got for any fan's of Bruce Lee out the is "Young Bruce Lee" aka "My brother Bruce Lee" it looks great and I'm dyin' to see it!!

@MJPamuru20 if your having trouble with audio i suggest you demux (aka split) the audio and video into separate files using a avi editor like virtual dub then re save or encode and try putting it through avi comp again.
