Wow, i'm starting Black Templars tommorrow when i pick up models, i might consider ordering this. To be honest I think i am going too, can you buy this online to download? If i order the DVD, it may take a while to get where i am, (Britain). Just wondering what the best option i have is.

couldn't you just make a space marines dvd in general and just include, I duno, a booklet or something listing alternative paints used for different paint schemes? seems like it would save you alot of time and money while providing a better product for the customer.

@midnightslastashes Unfortunately a generic DVD set would be well...too generic. Each different chapter of the space marines is painted not only in a completely different color scheme, but also uses a completely different painting technique. These DVD's are designed to show the stroke for stroke method for painting each faction. That way, all people have to do is copy what I do and they will end up with their models looking just like mine. It makes it far easier for the customer in the end.

Chris, do you teach how to paint black Templars with Citadel Paint too or just Reaper?

I mostly use Vallejo paints in this tutorial. There are some areas that use GW paints (the base) but everything else is Vallejo. The colors can, however, be converted to GW colors quite simply by taking the known shades of grey from GW and adding small drops of either white or black to them as needed.

Depends on how you look at it. Most painting guides are at least $25 and only last 1 hour. Our DVD's are all at least 4 hours and are $10 cheaper.
A single book from GW generally costs $30 and, as evidenced in the reviews I've done, aren't even worth the paper they're printed on.
