I know when i get to the distortion solo at the end, its not dead on, bc the stupid ass monitors werent turned up. but yeah. and same with the clean part. so dont comment about that please:)

No worries dude. This is a hard ass song to jam to. I honestly can see why you would just start randomly wanking in pentatonic seeing that all the kids at your school are cheering and what not and that you get that pentatonic classic rock-ish vibe from those predominantly major power chords. Don't let people talk to much shit about it we've all done retarded stuff musically at one point or another. You've definitely got some chops. I did the same thing for this song on bass btw ;)

he wasn't being original, he was just playing variations on scale patterns and tapping randomly over someone else's intellectual property. the phrasing didn't even follow the time signature for most of it.

He even admitted "it's sooooo bad". I'm sure he's much better now, the guy does have chops.

Your solo didnt really go with the song. Way to go making yourself look like a G in school but that does not work out here in the real world. Great song tho one of my favorites of all time.
