Are you serious? You evidently have no knowledge of aspiration, or anything about power. This or a turbo is the most real power mod you can get. Depending on boost PSI you can add a couple hundred horses with new injectors, boost controller etc. And not most Fords do that, because not most fords are Supercharged.
