Edging towards Halloween, this Pokemon is one of the most perfect Pokemon to get as a shiny at this time of year. Its final evolution is also famous for having one of the best shiny forms, also a massive Sp. Attack stat.

The shiny Litwick is the perfect example of a Trick AND Treat!

The Trick:

I used Pass Powers (Encounter Power +++ again) to help me get this shiny, turning a possible week long hunt, into a matter a 1 and a half days of hunting. Just goes to show how good these Pass Powers are! Using my Modest natured Musharna with Synchronise also packs the tricky 50% chance of making the shiny Litwick Modest natured! And boy, did these tricks pay off!

The Treat:

The shiny Litwick appeared! Another demonstration of how great Pass Powers are.

Despite Litwick being a great Pokemon, this was not the one I wanted. I actually wanted Elgyem, since there is a 50% chance of getting one on trop of the Celestial Tower, but as Litwick appeared instead, a special bonus it is!

By the way, my Synchroniser worked it stuff yet again, and it also the better ability, Flash Fire (meaning its now immune to three types: Fighting, Normal and now Fire). Flame Body would've been crap for it, since aside from the rarer Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail and Waterfall, how on earth will it get to burn the foe!? Most contact making moves are Normal and Fighting moves, which it is immune to!

Anyway, enough rambling. Here are its IV's:
HP: 23
Attack: 28
Defence: 25
Sp. Attack: 7
Sp. Defence: 29
Speed: 21
Nature: Modest

Its Sp. Attack isn't great, but it is Modest natured, so that'll make for it. Its extremely defensive though and its Speed ain't shabby either. Ignore its Attack stat...

I'm going to obviously evolve her all the way. She'll become a great battler very soon and I'm excited to evolve her.
