Well i don't really know what your opinion is of acts of violence, but forcing a man to the ground who shows no provocation, is use of excessive force and is defined as assault and battery. We should be glad that there's no violence in the sense of bloodshed, but even this video shows the police abusing their power. It is from these small events and gatherings that you can see that there is a tendency and habit on the part of the police to use excessive force where it is clearly unnecessary.
