@EchtePoekel these headphones are great in everything...but they are known for their great bass.

every adjustable point of stress on the headphones is metal, not plastic. Even the driver unit itself is covered by a metal shield. They're were designed and built to last under the stress and conditions of a recoding studio.

I listed deep house and rap, does this one have good base and low sound?

Would the quality be good on just an iPod? Also, how loud does it have to be for people around you to hear it? let's compare with the typical apple headphones...

You don't want to superglue the cushions... they are designed to be replaced.

Nice review. I bought a pair of these tonight at the Guitar Center. So far I really like them, although I understand they will get even better after a "burn in" period. I also am finding them fairly comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Why you didn't replace the broken part? Mine came with service diagram and every part in these headphones is replaceable.
