This total body workout needs only a stability ball and dumbbells. It'll hit all your major muscle groups, with a hit of cardio and balance training ... keep it as intense as you can handle it! Try it with heavier weights and less reps, or lighter weights and more reps, take only enough time between exercises to catch your breath and you're in for an intense routine, with little space or equipment needed.
