Another good example that culture doesnt come from the west but from the east, where people do things like this for thousands of years already.

Beautiful. I have pet camels. T hey sound like the camels when the camels sing. I will go and sing to my camels this song.  Perhaps this is where they learn the songs from the camels.

@humanalive How you feel is up to you. But your the one who posted your opinion first and I just replied to you. I can think how I want as well, right?

And the Nazi's really did think they were the best and dominated many countires and so did Khan and the Roman empire, Alexander the Great, etc. We aren't the first superpower to stick our noses in other people's buisness and probably won't be the last.

And, yes, there are/have been many other cultures that do/have done bad things to others.

BUT: None of those believe themselfes to be "the greatest" and allow themselves to be "the worlds police" nor they station their soldiers in 580 foreign places just to get access to oil because they need to drive 5 litre capacity trucks.

And, by the way i dont only have "anti-american beliefs" but also i am against the bible!

@humanalive You are very strong in your anti-american beliefs, but we aren't the only country to have bad things. Should Germans hate themselves because of the Nazis? Why don't you mention the muslim slade trade which to my knowledge lasted longer than the one in America? Or how about the fact that you can still buy women in Afican for a few cows? Or how about Genghis Khan's slaughter of 10 million Iranians? Every race/country does bad things and this will never change.

@humanalive Jazz wasn't even around in a pure form until the 1900s, long after the demise of the slave trade. It also wasn't just of African origin, but a combination of European classical thory and African rhyhtm and blues scales. Jazz is an american music form because it was created by American blacks, which for some reason you refush to acknowledge as Americans. The beautiful thing about American is that is a combination of all the great culture across the world. But you only see the bad.

Funny. If it comes to entertainment, especially music, americans like to refer to "american culture" and they name jazz, for example, which was the music african slaves were beaten up or killed for playing or singing it.

But still today people with a "non american background", darker skin, or different religious views have to fear for health and life. In america, "the land of the free". In america, "the greatest country of the world".

@humanalive America has contributed many things to music besides just pop. Jazz, Blues, and American folk styles to name just a few.

Culture is not limited to any particular regions or ethnic groups, it is something we all share.
