The image has been flipped guys. Notice the arm band is on the opposite side as well. This is the fault of the video, not the performer.

Joby is the better dancer of the two...Navi looks more like MJ though
Navi's dance moves are all opposite of MJ's..(glove on left hand, kicks with left leg..etc)...Joby actually gets them all down really good (best i've seen)..

his moves are opposite of MJ's...he kicks with his left leg, etc etc..all his moves are like..opposite

:) this is a great effort and better than other impersonators but just a quick reminder that no one really moves like Michael. That is wonderful that you were able to perform infront of him though and he enjoyed it.
