Hey honey if you want to drink the tea sometimes use a straw if it is cold or a stirrer straw if hot.Then that way it is not getting directly onto the teeth as opposed to just drinking straight from a cup.

I have all of that for my teeth. It works soooo good. I also wet my toothbrush an go n stick it into the baking soda and of course just brush then but it works so good with all the products and methods combined. I hope I helped someone.
