TAJ MAHAL

El Taj Mahal (urdu : تاج محل) es un complejo de edificios construido entre 1631 y 1654 en la ciudad de Agra, India, a orillas del río Yamuna, por el emperador musulmán Sha Jahan de la dinastía mogol. El imponente conjunto se erigió en honor de su esposa favorita, Arjumand Bano Begum — más conocida como Mumtaz Mahal—, quien murió dando a luz a su 14º hijo, y se estima que la construcción demandó el esfuerzo de unos 20.000 obreros.

@saudiew domes and minars r not a Muslim architecture--Muslim domes r bald shaped not Lotus shaped, their Pinnacles do not have a vedic symbols like Taj does + Arabic writing was added by scratching out Hindu idols...poor patch work is clearly visible till date !!! Islam doen't allow a portray of living things on Mosque+tomb---why r there thousands of Flowers, plants, snakes, OM and Elephant depictions ????

@nshendye if u saw badshahi masjid in lahore there is already aayat n etc but on other handin shalimar bagh is also represents muslim living style flowers plants etc u can see also jahangir mahal horses elephant n other animals and u can see minar e pakistan its made by muslims too.qutb minari s made of fluted red sandstone covered with intricate carvings and verses from the Qur'an.

Taj Mahal belongs to both Hindus and Muslims, Did you know that Shah Jehan and Akbar destroyed hundreds of Indian Temples and looted the Precious stones which belonged to HIndus shamelessly to decorate the Interiors of Taj ?

Also a large amount of White marble for building Taj Mahal was used from destroying Hindu Temples at Mathura and other parts of India.

Hence, Taj equally belongs to every Hindu as much as every Muslim.
