Ok im gonna show my age here...back in 1980-81 or there abouts, I had a buddy who like me was a musician and super huge music fan, came back from California. With him he had some bootleg cassettes (yes I fokkin said cassettes) with two brand new bands on both sides, on one side was a new band called Mettalica and on the other side was Queensryche. Talk about pissing my rock n roll pants.I was totally blown away at what I was hearing. And made sure I had tickets for both when they hit Det.
