"Lost And Found" A tribute to Teen Challenge Ministries - ENGINE 7

A few months back out of the blue I was asked to play lead guitar for a special event being held at MN Teen Challenge by aftercare director Doug Samuelson, a friend who also goes to RLC - the guest speaker was to be Pastor Don Wilkerson, who is a fellow laborer in the ministry with his older brother - the founder of Teen Challenge, David Wilkerson.

I am a huge admirer of Dave Wilkerson, having heard many of his sermons & reading "The Cross & The Switchblade" and I know allot about MN TC because our church is partnered with them, so I was very much looking forward to the night!

The room was packed wall-to-wall with hundreds of excited Teen Challenge students and faculty, and this night proved to be one of the significant spiritual points in my born-again life.

Pastor Don's message spoke seemingly directly from the heart of Christ, and he with great fire inspired and encouraged us all, but even greater inspiration than that was the presence of God himself, who was honored, praised and worshiped that night with a greater intensity than I had ever experienced - EVERY heart and voice in that room was completely turned to God.

It was beautiful.

Teen Challenge has accessed the throne of grace in Christ Jesus, and lives are healed.

Just look in the faces of the graduates in this video and you'll see it.

I want to ask everyone who is watching this video to pray that God reveal someone who needs to be rescued out of drug addiction and despair, and talk with them, and go with them, and get state funding and get them into the Teen Challenge program ASAP.

Poor kid in the video reminds me of the lies that the devil wants us to believe. i look at the amount of pills he has like bullets for the russian roulette he's tryimg to win. each one is another chamber full against him. the faster he takes them the less chambers he has to make the odds in his favor. i just had to come back and watch the video again to think. your sound is a good addiction to me. thanks

OK people I love the sound and the message. but I wished the message didnt have to be at all, but as long as the great liar is at work, there will always be the need for this message. and as long as people believe the liar instead of Gods truth, precious lives and souls will wither. Watch this over and over and think. Gods ability is abundantly over and exceeding the needs of anything the devil can throw at you. Ask him to be real to you. I know for sure. Great job Kev.
