@therealsard - Nothing was legitimized or passed. It was actually fought by almost every state, so it was pointless to force it. There is a line between forcing Real ID and having people accept it under some pretense, terrorist "attack", epidemic. Look how all our rights have been taken away with the word "terrorism" or patriot act. You didn't miss anything. When it comes around the second time, it WILL be forced but mostly.. people will accept it. Things now-a-days are only to get worse.
