um... you do know that not even 95% of americans pay taxes right? in fact the top 50% pay 95% so i would say only about 60% (maybe 70% end up paying taxes... so that means some of those "tax cuts" are going to be what they payed in taxes + some.

No it's not true Obama is going to cut everyones taxes, because he plans to let the Bush tax cuts expire first and his tax cut doen't equate to as much as the Bush tax cuts, so he is effectively raising taxes on almost everyone.
