BART officer may have exaggerated threat on night Oscar Grant was killed by Johannes Mehserle

On January 1, 2009, former BART officer Johannes Mehserle shot and killed an unarmed Oscar Grant on the Fruitvale station in Oakland.

Former BART police officers Anthony Pirone and Marysol Domenici were the first to respond to a report of a fight. On Thursday, June 17, 2010, Domenici testified about that morning, and several people have suggested that she has not been telling the truth and that she exaggerated the events of that morning.

One interesting fact we learned was that while both officer Pirone and Dominici were married to other people, they were involved in an affair with each other, but that evidence was suppressed as being not relevant in the trial and because of that, information about Oscar Grant's personal life was suppressed too.

It was Oscar, who was non-compliant. A tragic accident ensued. The man responsible was convicted.

Why would the Officer need to grab his taser gun any way when the young man was hand cuff face down with two Officers over him?

News Flash: isn't it very curious that you have TONS of Asians in that part of California, yet you do not see the Asians involved in these police shootings/beatings/arrests, etc. It's always the blacks acting up. The Asians and whites (for the most part) are busy working and obeying the laws. The blacks have no discipline or personal responsibility in our society. These parents must take some blame, too, for poor rearing of the children.
