What constraint did you use to attach the follower to the cam?

in mechanism you gona find 'joints', in that u will see the 'cam joint'.. there u have to define the cam surface and follower surface.. that joins both the surfaces and got attached...

in assembly mode cam is pin joint and follower is slider joint, then go to mechanism and in connection select cams and give surfaces of both cam and follower as reqired
