Thanks. If you get a chance to play one at the music store or whatever, do it.. If you click on the blue waynefagerlund link (upper right corner) you can check out 'the 3rd and 4th videos 'In My Own Time' and 'Alright'. I think they turned out pretty good and they show a couple of different sound you can get on an electric with a bow.

Thanks. Electric cellos are really fun to play. With a guitar effects pedal, you can get some wild sounds. Put a bow to it and you get a whole new dimension. I love it and don't want to part with it. Good luck with your search.
