  • i didn't know any 2600 games had come out as late as 87

  • Some came out even later. I think the last one was in 1990.

  • Was that the final Pac Man game on the 2600?

  • Yes sir.

  • @AqualungGameReviews 2008, with Actionauts.

  • Hmm, this port looks pretty fun (for an Atari game), but it makes me wonder how well the actual arcade version played, as I just never seen an arcade game of Jr. Pac Man, ever. And I was part of the arcade generation, so that's kinda weird.

  • I like it very much.

  • "The Atari 2600 version was crap!"- You ain't lying.

  • The larger pellets are a result of not going after the Toys and food such as the bicycle or the rootbeer. If the those icons reach your power pellets, it burns one of them up into a little fire ball. This game actually requires you to go after them where on Ms. Pacman they are simply for points.

  • If only Ms.Pac Man was the way of the original port. : (

  • @AqualungGameReviews then there was halo 2600 in 2008 i think

  • "inspire" you to vomit. LOL

  • Awesome game! Playing right now!

  • Aside from the fast speed, I'm pretty impressed by this port. The ghosts don't flicker until they're all on the screen and most importantly their eyes move in the direction they are headed - the only Pac game on 2600 where they do this. The toys make the dots fatter and slow Jr. down, Jr's animations are pretty much identical to the arcade version. The music and sound effects are pretty darn close too. The hackers who made Pac-Man arcade should've used this as a base
