Wrong church, right pew. The Sesame Street monsters were all omnivorous at first, before settling down into their individual behaviors. Cookie Monster had rather googly eyes; this ukulele-eating fellow is best known as Beautiful Day Monster, not that he'd turn down a cookie, mind you, he just likes musical instruments better :-)

Does anyone have the sketch where Ernie demonstrates a ukelele, and then Cookie Monster plays "Tiptoe Through the Tulips" and then eats the ukelele?

@ukeuku Well this was on the CBC, as "Sesame Park" so I suppose he could, hey and if they did this actual canadian puppeteers, Gord Robertson would be Ernie, and Bob Stutt, Rob Mills, or Frank Meschkuleit would be Beautiful Day Monster
