Rumour has it is that Marcus 50's ex DJ who also got cut as well as Yayo and 50 filed the report and threw a load of names in it including 50, so...
I also heard Yayo did it thinking he would get some money, by suing.
Dont know who did it but a lot of people say 50 didnt actually file it.
