The Care, a new wave 80's band who popularized "Flaming Sword", "My Boyish Days" & "Whatever Possessed You". What is sad about it, Orange & Lemons were denying it... so pathetic! "Pinoy Ako" for ABS-CBN's Big Brother no wonder gaya gaya na lahat!

mga artist ngayon... puro revive lang yung kanta. ano ang gusto nilang patunayan d2? mas maganda ang boses nila kesa original na kumanta. nuff said.

@dandyness2001, OK lang kung ginaya, ang problema eh O&L still keep insisting that their song and tune is 100% original. Yon ang mahirap tanggapin. hindi naman kami tanga.

@alexis8805 No. The Care didn't sue OnL, but this doesn't remove the actuality that OnL plagiarized a song. The true issue is neither Filipino pride nor lack of originality, but plain plagiarism. Besides, the song "Pinoy Ako" ironically describes Filipinos and urges them to show who they truly are & what they are capable of: "Ipakita sa mundo kung ano ang kaya mo..." "Huwag kang matatakot. Ipagmalaki mo." Writing such a song out of plagiarism is not just a crime: it's a sin against Filipinos.
