It's basically an AU kind of thing - we all know that Gibbs loves Tony like a son and Tony loves Gibbs like a father - that is why I said basically. This video shows what it would have been if Gibbs actually were Tony's father.
I used some of the kids from the show as Tony and Shannon, the back of Col Mann and Jenny as the mother.
