very funny...so sad his show is not longer on tv. racist? i make jokes about races too..but i dont hate or think somebody is better just for his skin color. is just a good topic for making jokes. lmfao

@alexrox1000 Race is a common topic in comedy routines. Although more with minorities, but white people use it aswell. Lisa Campinelli for example is someone that capitalises on it and goes as far as calling a black guy a slave for example. But at the end of the day, it's routine, and It has nothing to do with actual racism. Theyre professionals and do it merely for entertainment. Unnecessarily bringing up his skin tone with denial is awkward. Sounds self-embarresed for a Mexican...

It's been MY experience that MOST Latino men are more homophobic and misogynistic than other races! Latino man FREQUENTLY mock gay people with terms like "Mas Puto!" (VERY GAY!) to describe gay men, or men who do NOT fit into their VERY narrow view of what a "REAL" (straight) man should act like! In addition, they tend to be VERY degrading to women, with their MACHO attitude! "Women are inferior, and should "Know their place" and they act like women should do what they are told by a man!

I don't really see this as homophobic....well what I mean is he's joking about those homophobic stereotypes (and Mexicans) but it seems to me that he was also saying they're not especially true. I'll have to think about this one...

@alexrox1000 mexican is not a race so yeah there are all types of mexicans like for instance i know asian mexicans, however many are very dark more to the point if you have a problem with him how does his skin color have anything to do with him? if you're saying because he's criticizing white people then you missed the point he's using white for the dominant culture in the U.S....racist

I know allot of comedians, who make gay based jokes, or even use the word fag in a joke.
It's all about context when you are talking about groups.
(Race, sexuality, whatever)
And this was pretty homophobic
r u kidding me?
he interviewed Johnny Weir (gay figure skater)
on his talk show, and hugged him, complimented him and treated him like anyone else.
my gosh.

George lopez is not anything...whatever you are calling him, he is none of that....the message is just lost in translation!!he is just saying that mexican people have a rougher life ...so for tmexican people white people's comodities are considered too delicate/weak/dainty..............remember Gerorge lopez did say "anything done right is gay"...he is not trying t offend gay people....My best friend is gay and I am very respectful towards people's gender..just saying
