I love this drill... I would of probably been a little more intense with the contact but my kids clearly need to know how to play through contact and I feel this drill with a couple alterations can be killer...

isnt the guy making the contact supposed to follow the player down like it would happen in a real basketball game?

I see why your are doing it on the perimeter because he is so short at the moment and more than likely in a real game he is gonna stop at the free throw and shoot a floater or pull up. But when he gets taller you should give him contact at the free throw and let him explode to the basket after the contact.
