It is totally innappropriate for Waxman to mention the name of General Hayden when he demands that Gloria's testimony be under oath.And Hayden is not there to give his own testimony or take an oath. This is sheer character assassination. She had no obligation to answer him whatsoever as being under oath one had the right to plead the fifth ammendent. Waxman is a hatchett man and a scumbag. Good riddence before the fact of his death.
