Your philosophy 0:43 is like the name of the channel- not serious. We don't need your Truth, we need Facts. And these facts telling me- you don't see further than 10 metres on this planet. People have nothing to eat and you telling deliusional stories bout white rise. My tip- bake your own bread and doesn't matter what colour it will be, as long as you forget the meaning of these words: label, package, 100%, gr store, product for your mouth and etc.

Very informative. I do not eat bread anymore. Haven't in years. You gave all carbs a bad rap! Any doctor will tell you if your normal and not diabetic like me you need some carbs in your diet.
