Those are clearly contrails - the sun light reflecting off the water droplets give the brightness and the vortices and climatic conditions are what causes the mixing and diffusion pattern in the contrail. And NASA never stated that contrails can ONLY form at very high altitudes. Two huge lies or mistakes by someone dumb or deceitful. Contrails (aka, trails of condensation) are formed at sea level by your car on a cold day. Takerenemy is not fooling anybody except the gullible with false statements like that.
