@ChicaWolverina Some have automatic movement others require to be winded by the crown, that's why they're called mechanical watches.
-
The white-balance is way off on this too!
-
I wish this video was re encoded so that it would be have enough a framerate so it would look smooth on the pallet jewels etc.
-
@SacreDro That sounds contradictory. Automatic ETA movements are also mechanical mechanism too.
-
Shitty looking stamped - out wheel there. Shame to show that.
-
Totally agree , but i like the sound of the movement and the depth of it . I feel that it adds to its quality.
-
sounds like a good beatoff session!
-
That's why after many searches,I chose to buy a russian watch that has a mechanical mechanism instead of an automatic eta movement.

fascinating in deed...i do prefer somewhat...battery-rechargable
...if not ...tools that come with it...for those battery replacements tasks...imagine having watches...give me delivery to my address please[with day and aproximate time] and let be the post office the 2nd resort to obtain...potential customer with his or hers commonsence of policies
Shit...I've spent 6000 Euro on an IWC watch knowing that it has the 7750,but after 3 days I could not standing it any more.....noisy,wobbly....terrbile. ETA is ok only for 2824 and 2892,all the rest is bullshit, especially the 7750..

Well, the 7750 is a class on its own, a great piece of engineering: a reliable and robust workhorse and, properly adjusted, one of the most accurate movements out there, outclassing all but the truly best stuff.
Albeit, it is not a fine boutique movement... it's thick as a brick, not specially pretty, the chrono action, is precise but the feel on the pushers may feel coarse, and I don't like the "whzzzip"! feeling and sound when winding it.
It is a good movement for moderately priced watches...

The sound was picked up using a witschi timming machine.
the 7734 is NOT a "non auto" 7750, they are entirelly different movements. the stock manual version of the 7750 family is the 7765, with day only and without hour totalizer.
the 7734 is a valjoux design of the previous generation.
